I am keen to take on commissions that fit with my inspiration from human movement.

When undertaking a commission project I begin by discussing with the client what they hope to achieve. I then spend some time learning about the sport in question and the basic movement principles involved.

I will then produce a number of small sketched maquettes in wax, of possible poses to show to the client, so that we can agree the direction of the final piece.

Generally I prefer to have the final piece cast in Bronze, but resin in various patinas including bronze and iron is also possible.

If you would be interested in commissioning a sculpture, please do contact me to discuss your ideas.

The photos on this page show the stages from initial maquettes to final cast piece of a sculpture of an alpine skier that I was commissioned to do. The client was looking for the rough sketch style and it was cast in resin with a bronze finish.
